Conditions:
- 40 people minimum. Must reserve 14 days in advance
- Available Sunday to Thursday after 5:30 p.m. excluding the period from December 22, 2008 to January 4, 2009
- 25% deposit upon reservation. 50% deposit 30 days before the event
